Terms of service.

We are committed to providing a transformative experience through our coaching and retreats. Because spaces are limited and curated, we ask that you read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before committing.

Payment & Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable due to the exclusive, limited nature of our offerings.

Retreat payments may be transferred to a future retreat or applied toward private coaching if you cancel more than 60 days in advance.

Cancellations 60 days or less before the retreat are non-refundable, though spots may be gifted to someone else with prior approval.

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited.

Confidentiality
All information and financial information will be kept strictly confidential. We use secure payment platforms and your information will not be shared with third parties.

Intellectual property
All materials provided during coaching sessions, retreats, or digital content are the intellectual property of Project You 2.2. You may use them for personal growth only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information, including email, phone, and personal details will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

Service modification

We reserve the right to modify schedules, formats, locations, or content of retreats and coaching sessions to ensure a high-quality experience. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all participants.

Limitation of liability
By participating in coaching or retreats, you agree that Project You 2.2, LLC, its team, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation, use of materials, or travel arrangements.

Warranty and warranty disclaimers
While we provide tools, guidance, and support designed for transformation and growth, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on each client’s effort, engagement, and unique circumstances.

Resolving disputes
We are committed to providing exceptional service. Any disputes should first be addressed directly and respectfully via email. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled via arbitration or mediation rather than court proceedings.

Right to terminate
We reserve the right to terminate coaching or retreat participation at our discretion if we determine that the client is:

  • Engaging in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to themselves, other participants, or staff.

  • Failing to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement, including payment obligations or confidentiality requirements.

  • Misrepresenting themselves or providing false information during the application or participation process.

In the event of termination, any non-refundable deposits or payments already made will be retained; we will provide notice of termination in writing; the client will be expected to respect all confidentiality, intellectual property, and privacy obligations post-termination.
